I had to select one star, because zero is not an option. Their web site took orders for delivery the Saturday before mothers day. You enter the delivery zip code, and the "drop down" gives delivery date options. Well, it turns out that they have no service in the area where one mothers day gift was going. They did not call me, or e-mail me. 4 days later I called them, and was run around just to get the charge credited back. At no time did they inform me the order was not executed, but they did charge me for it!	Overall Rating
