Victor was easy to work with, listened well, and answered all of my questions. He seemed very knowledgeable and offered a few upgrades that I appreciated ... but he was never pushy. Then was told total was 599.99. Asked where the extra 20 camera from they said shipping insurance. I tried to argue and he got rude. Looked on website again. Camera went down to 555. Called them to do a price adjustment, they wouldnt guy yelled at me and hung up. Called Manager he "tried" to smooth things I ended up paying 579 all together when it should of been 555.00 got my camera still not happy with service here, will NOT purchase from them again. I placed my order online and I have to say they have been great to me so far. Not only did I get a great price on a top model HD camcorder (Canon HV40), but their shipping was extremely fast and sent exactly what I ordered. Keep in mind they do call you to verify your order, but I can't blame them on verifying large purchases like this anyway. I am a very happy customer and I will definitely come back to them for other camera equipment I would need in the future. Keep up the good work guys!	Overall Rating
